A Quick Update:

If you sell your week and do your own transfer, please send me the Buyer’s information.  If I don’t update my list, the new owner will not receive a Maintenance Invoice by mail nor will they receive email updates.  As everyone knows, I address the envelopes for maintenance and send out important Timeshare emails.  I am only as good at maintaining the correct info as you are at sending it to me.  This year a few new owners do not have a mailed Invoice because I did not receive the information from the seller.  The same process applies if they do not pay their maintenance for some reason.  I have no contact information to remind them.

 

Invoices should be mailed this week.  If you live outside the US and Canada, they are emailed to you from Karina.
