Timeshare will be closed in 2026 for a renovation.  The entire resort will close in May 2026 for the infrastructure renovation.  When Timeshare reopens there will be limited availability.  The Riu did a Timeshare Buyout and the remaining timeshare will be on the Beachfront 1st and 2nd floor only with limited availability. 

Timeshare has been a long run for many renters.  Sadly it is time to look for a new location.  These are the final rentals for 2025.
