There are 12 Units remaining in Timeshare. The location is the first and second floor Beachfront.  Many Timeshare Members exchanged their Timeshare for Hotel Jr Suites. For Christmas & New Years Jr. Suites are the only availability. 

A Jr. Suite will accommodate 2 adults with 2 children 12 and under or 3 adults. 

All inclusive is optional at $560 per person per week.  There is a surcharge for Christmas & New Years.
