Timeshare will be closed in 2026 for a renovation.  The entire resort will close in May 2026 for the infrastructure renovation.  When Timeshare reopens there will be limited availability.  The Riu did a Timeshare Buyout and the remaining timeshare will be on the Beachfront 1st and 2nd floor only.

 

Timeshare has been an amazing way to vacation for many renters.  Sadly many will be finding the next perfect resort.
